Fitness at Hope

Having recently completed a qualification in fitness instruction, Fran hosts a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) fitness class at St Mary Magdalene Church every Monday evening during term time for just £5 a class!

Join us for a 45-50 minute workout session that will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. Set to the beat of the music, it’s a mix of choreographed HIIT cardio movements and using your bodyweight, to keep your heart rate high whilst challenging your muscular endurance. The class will finish with some conditioning tracks to target the arms, legs and/or abs before a cool down to end.

Whether you're a fitness fanatic or just looking to try something new, this class is perfect for all levels and abilities. Don't miss out on this opportunity to get fit and have fun.

  • Monday 6th January - Monday 10th February 2025

Fran also hosts a parent/baby fitness class on Tuesday mornings during term time for again, only £5! Similar to Monday evenings class, but at a lower intensity to kickstart your postnatal fitness journey. Plenty of space for babies sleeping in buggies, lots of toys and baby play pens if your child is on the move.

NB: for babies aged 2-18 months old
